Records of competitive racing date back to the Tailteann Games in Ireland between 632 BCE and 1171 BCE,it is usually believed that running is a great way to improve your health and stamina
running can rise the level of good cholesterol and improves lung function and use . It also increases immune system and decreases the risk of blood clots. For womens it can help to lower the risk of breast cancer & having a stroke.
running is also considered the best form of excersise for loosing weight and and burn calories .
Running can provide an noticeable boost to your confidence and self-esteem.
it also helps to reduce the chances of developing tension and headaches.



Yoga can often be quite esoteric to explain.
Concepts such as prana, chakras and koshas are not necessarily the most straightforward to poses
